Community leader honoured

Kakkattil Meethian Abdul Salim aka Aboo, a prominent community leader in Aluva, Kerala, was honoured for his contributions to educate under privileged children. Mr Salim, a retired businessman from Aluva market, was actively involved in the activities of Islamic Higher Secondary School and the Alwaye Muslim Jamath. Anwar Sadath MLA presents a shawl and a memento to honour the awardee.
