Recipe : Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients

1. pineapple – 1 cup (diced)

2. green bell pepper – ½ cup chopped

3. red bell pepper – ½ cup chopped

4. onion – ½ cup chopped

5. cucumber – ½ cup chopped

6. tomato – ½ cup chopped

7. pomegranate – ½ cup chopped

8. lime juice – 2 tbsp

9. pepper powder – ½ tsp

10. red chilli flakes – ½ tsp

11. cilantro – 2 tbsp

12. salt – as required
