
Ingredients For Dough
1.Luke Warm Water – 1 ½ cup
2.Dry Yeast – 2 tsp
3.Olive Oil – 3 tbsp
4.Flour – 3 cups
Ingredients For Filling
1.Chicken – 250 g (boneless)
2.Butter – 1 ½ tbsp
3.Pepper Powder – 1 ½ tsp
4.Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
5.Tomato Paste – 1 tsp
6.Milk – 3 tbsp
7.Fresh Cream – 1/3 cup
8.Salt – as per your taste
9.Paprika Powder – 1 tbsp
10.Oregano – 1 tsp
11.Onion – 1 (chopped)
12.Sweet Corn – ¼ tsp
13.Jalapeno – 2 tsp (chopped)
14.Capsicum – ¼ cup (chopped)
15.Chilli Flakes –
16.Mozzarella Cheese – 200 g
Method For Dough
1.In a large bowl, combine warm water and yeast. Let it sit for 5-7 mins until the yeast is activated. Add in the oil, salt and the flour to the bowl.
2.Knead the dough for 5-7 mins until smooth and like elastic.
3.Place the dough in a greased bowl. Cover with a damp cloth and let it rise in a warm environment for an hour or until the dough doubles its size.


Method For Filling
1.In a pan melt the butter. Add the onions and sauté. Now add the chicken and cook until it changes colour. Add all the mentioned spices and mix it. Add all the vegetables and cook until the chicken is done. Add in the fresh cream and milk, let it cook until a creamy mixture is formed.
Assembling
1.Preheat the oven at 190 degrees celsius. Push down the dough and knead it into a rectangular shape. Add in the prepared filling in the centre, leaving an 1 inch border around the edges.
2.Now start folding the dough from the smaller sides of the rectangular dough and then close it from the larger sides. Brush it with egg wash and them fold so that it sticks properly. Brush the outer side of the dough with the egg wash evenly.
3.Sprinkle some cheese, jalapeños, oregano and chilli flakes on top of the bread.
4.Bake it in the preheated oven for 20-22 mins until it turns golden brown. Let the bread cool for few mins before slicing and serving.
