Natalia Janoszek Shines Sustainably

Janoszek’s outfit exuded understated glamour while sending a powerful message about fashion’s evolving responsibility toward the environment

Bigg Boss 19 fame Natalia Janoszek made her dazzling Indian runway debut on the final day of Lakmé Fashion Week x FDCI 2025, embracing the spirit of sustainability and high fashion. The Polish-Indian actress, who has made her mark in global cinema and Indian entertainment, walked for veteran designer Rina Dhaka, leaving the audience captivated by her poise and elegance.

For her first-ever appearance at an Indian fashion show, Janoszek donned an intricately crafted ivory mesh ensemble featuring a delicate bralette, a thread-work skirt, and a finely detailed forearm cover. The look reflected Dhaka’s creative philosophy of fusing modern sensibilities with conscious design. The collection, titled “Out of Africa Reimagined,” paid homage to the textures and colours of nature, echoing sustainability through upcycled materials, zero-waste fabrics, and rich hand-embroidery.

Janoszek’s outfit exuded understated glamour while sending a powerful message about fashion’s evolving responsibility toward the environment. “It feels incredibly special to walk the ramp in India for the very first time, especially for a designer who celebrates sustainable fashion. I’m honoured and grateful for this opportunity,” the actress said after the show.

Rina Dhaka’s Spring-Summer 2026 collection revisited her signature ’90s aesthetic with a fresh, eco-conscious twist. Wide-leg trousers, deconstructed trench coats, reimagined cargos, and fluid silhouettes in organic hues of beige, olive, and russet reflected a modern take on mindful luxury. “Like leaves swaying in the wind, the collection flows with the rhythm of nature – organic, free, and timeless,” Dhaka said, describing her design inspiration.

Janoszek’s participation was among the highlights of the closing day of Lakmé Fashion Week, where sustainability and innovation took centre stage. Her presence added a blend of global glamour and ethical awareness, aligning perfectly with the event’s mission to promote responsible fashion.

The actress, who has appeared in Indian films and international projects, including Housefull 5 and the upcoming Mastiii 4, continues to expand her creative repertoire across industries. Known for her advocacy of conscious living and women empowerment, her choice of a sustainable ensemble further reinforced her commitment to meaningful causes.

The final day of Lakmé Fashion Week x FDCI showcased an array of designers who are redefining modern Indian fashion with an emphasis on creativity, craftsmanship, and sustainability. Janoszek’s graceful debut was a fitting finale to the season’s most talked-about event — a celebration of fashion that goes beyond aesthetics to embrace purpose and innovation.

With her confident walk and conscious choices, Natalia Janoszek not only stole the spotlight but also symbolized a new chapter in fashion — where style meets sustainability, and glamour walks hand-in-hand with green responsibility.
