Originally released on June 20, 2025, Kuberaa enjoyed commercial success at the box office, grossing ₹132 crore worldwide. The film has garnered praise for its gripping narrative and stellar performances, particularly Dhanush’s intense portrayal of the antagonist

The much-anticipated film Kuberaa, starring Nagarjuna Akineni, Dhanush, and Rashmika Mandanna, is all set for its digital premiere on Prime Video starting July 18. Directed by Sekhar Kammula, the action-packed drama will be available for streaming in Tamil and Telugu, with dubbed versions in Hindi, Malayalam, and Kannada.
Set in the gritty underbelly of Mumbai, Kuberaa tells the story of Deva Kallam (Nagarjuna), a humble vagrant from Tirupati, whose life is turned upside down when he becomes unintentionally caught in a dangerous conspiracy. The plot thickens when Neeraj Mithra (Dhanush), a ruthless corporate tycoon, uncovers a hidden oil reserve. Mithra blackmails disgraced ex-CBI officer Deepak Tej (Jim Sarbh) to help him take control of the valuable resource.

Deva, who is unknowingly dragged into this scheme, soon finds himself in a life-threatening situation. When Deepak’s conspiracy unravels, Deva is forced to escape, embarking on a deadly chase with only Sameera (Rashmika Mandanna) to help him navigate a world he barely understands. The film is elevated by Devi Sri Prasad’s gripping score, which adds to the tension and drama.
