IBPC Celebrates Diwali Spirit

These initiatives reflect IBPC Dubai’s enduring commitment to community upliftment and cultural unity, especially during key festivals that hold deep significance for the Indian diaspora

In the spirit of Diwali, the Indian Business and Professional Council (IBPC Dubai) is lighting up the lives of the labour community across the UAE through a series of heartfelt CSR activities and cultural celebrations.

This festive season, IBPC Dubai has distributed Diwali sweet packets to over three major labour camps, including Khansaheb Labour Camp, home to thousands of blue-collar workers. These thoughtful gestures aim to make workers, often away from their families, feel seen, valued, and included in the joy of the season.

“Diwali is a festival of light, and at IBPC Dubai, we strive to bring that light to every corner of our community,” said Siddharth Balachandran, Chairman of IBPC Dubai. “Through simple acts of kindness, we celebrate not just a festival, but the spirit of humanity that binds us all.”

As part of its wider Diwali engagement, IBPC Dubai will also participate in the “Emirates Loves India” celebration on October 26, 2025, at Zabeel Park, Dubai. Hosted under the theme “Ghar Jaisi Diwali,” the event promises a rich showcase of Indian culture, music, cuisine, and community engagement. IBPC Dubai will host a dedicated kiosk, inviting the public to learn more about its CSR initiatives and opportunities for involvement.

These initiatives reflect IBPC Dubai’s enduring commitment to community upliftment and cultural unity, especially during key festivals that hold deep significance for the Indian diaspora.
