Ramadan special Keema Mutton samosa

Ingredients

  1. Mutton Keema – 500 g
  2. Onion – 2 ( chopped)
  3. Green Chillies – 4 ( chopped)
  4. Fresh Green Peas – ½ cup
  5. Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 tsp
  6. Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp
  7. Red Chilli Powder – 1 ½ tsp
  8. Coriander Powder- 1 tsp
  9. Garam Masala – ½ tsp
  10. Salt – as per your taste
  11. Oil – for frying

Method

  1. Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan, add the chopped onions and sauté until translucent.
    1. Add the ginger garlic paste and sauté until raw smell goes.Add the chopped green chillies and give it a mix.Add the turmeric, red chilli and coriander powder, sauté it for a minute.Add the minced meat and mix it well with the masala.Add the fresh green peas and combine everything. Add the garam masala and salt to taste. Give it mix and close the lid, cook on low medium flame until the meat is done stiring occasionally.
    1. Shift it onto a plate and allow it to cool completely.Fold the samosa sheets into a cone and fill in the mixture uniformly and make  a triangular shape. Apply the flour paste at the end of the wrap and seal the samosa.Repeat this process for all the samosas.Heat oil in a pan in medium flame.
    1. Fry the samosas uniformly till light – golden brown.
