Suliman Al-Rahili, Professor of Fatwa at the Saudi Islamic University in Madinah al-Munawarah and Lecturer at Al-Masjid al-Nabawi (Prophet Mohammad’s Mosque in al-Madinah City, said, “The matchless cohesion between the UAE leaders and citizens is a blessing from God that Emiratis should preserve and enhance.

Al Rahili made his remarks recently during a scholarly programme organised by the Ras Al Khaimah Holy Quran Award.

“Salvation from modern-day fitna (civil disorder and strife) is only possible if Muslims and their leaders join hands. Happiness in this life and in the afterlife and the ability to please Allah and be pleased and blessed by Him now and on the Day of Judgement are but the fruits of unity and solidarity and loyalty to rulers,” added Al Rahili warning that evil-doers are working day and night to plot strife and division and damage security, stability and unity.

Al Rahihli also noted that wise people look at the general picture of well-being and prosperity that the UAE citizens and residents enjoy and that they should thank God for such blessings which they should sincerely try to preserve and sustain.
